Crimson Palace

Recently, I visited the Hotel Crimson Palace in Agra and had a mixed experience. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. However, some maintenance issues were evident, particularly in the bathrooms, which could benefit from better upkeep.   Restaurants: The on-site restaurant offers a decent selection of dishes. While the food quality is satisfactory, the breakfast spread is somewhat limited.  Location: The hotel’s proximity to the Taj Mahal is a significant advantage, making it convenient for guests planning to visit this iconic monument.  Nearby Activities: Beyond the Taj Mahal, other attractions like Agra Fort are accessible, though transportation arrangements may be necessary. Staff Behavior: The staff is generally cooperative and polite, contributing positively to the stay. However, some guests have reported instances of unprofessional behavior, indicating inconsistency in service quality.   Amenities: The hotel features a swimming pool, but its maintenance appears to be lacking, limiting its usability.  In summary, Hotel Crimson Palace offers a convenient location and comfortable rooms but requires improvements in maintenance and service consistency to enhance the overall guest experience.

I visited this Hotels restaurant through Swiggy Dineout but when I visited their staff didn't treat me well when I asked them I will pay through Swiggy pay. They simply denied and said if u want to eat then pay by cash or UPI, that too in rude manner. I would request this restaurant owner to remove yourself from Swiggy Dineout if u can't accept payments and don't want to give any discounts. Your food was amazing no doubt , i really enjoyed the food and it was top notch. The interiors were also calm and beautiful. Only Dineout payment was the issue so pls deregister or accept the payment. Thanks

Rooms are smelly. Water is salty. The staff is rude, not at all helpful. Bad behavior- tells guests to get out of the restaurant. Basic things like ice and water are not provided to the guest. Have to tell 10 times to clean the room. Coffee and tea cups are also an issue for them to provide.

The place was okay but the staff seems cooperative in the canteen. But the room service people are pathetic. They yell and are egoistic which made things weird for my family. They yelled for asking to clean the room post 4 when it was raining in the morning and they only confirmed that they shall inform me when the laundry would come. It feels bad as it shapes your experience altogether.

Clean Hving private parking Kids friendly Hving lift 🛗 Near to Taj Mahal. Swimming pool is available but need to be maintained more. Having good terrace for gathering and night party 🎉 Good service Welcoming staff 👍🏻 Thnx 🙏🏻

Highly disappointed with the behavior of the leady at reception. Room was not properly clean. Overpriced hotel. Overall very bad experience. Will never recommend this hotel to even my enemies.

I recently had stay here and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. 1. Room was dirty with pan spittings on wall. 2. Staff had mishandled the luggage and borke my luggage. It was so cheap that they had it hide. 3. Bathroom wasn't clean. 4. Water was salty. 5. All staffs are just bothered to get some tips with cheap service. 6. Charging Rs 42 for a bottle of water with worst sevice and food. Overall with just one day of stay I had worst experience from this hotel which was chosen my travel partner as 4star hotel. Please do not go for this hotel.
