I had a great experience staying at this property. Overall, I really liked the hotel it was well-maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were excellent, with tasteful interiors and well-thought-out design. The bathrooms were especially impressive clean and well-equipped. The service throughout my stay was consistently very good. Staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. I also enjoyed the food; it was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

I stayed at this hotel 3 days ago, and I was absolutely impressed even though this is a 3 star hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully designed and felt truly luxurious, offering a good level of comfort that made my stay extremely pleasant. The cleanliness, especially the bathroom, was top notch . Everything felt well maintained. The location is really good, just 1.5 km from Taj Mahal and many other famous monuments, making it incredibly suitable for sightseeing and exploring other nearby monuments. The staff was also friendly. The food served at the hotel was also excellent. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained, staff behaviour is very nice, always ready to serve. Hotel location is also good near to Taj and on wide road with parking available. Only one thing that need maintenance is carpet in lobby, its needs cleaning, you can easily see dirty patches on it.

I’m honestly surprised to see low ratings for this hotel. I stayed here for two nights with a tour group, and no one had any complaints. The hotel looks freshly built, everything was clean, and the food was very good—especially for our European stomachs! There were always a few international dishes available, which after two weeks of Indian food felt like a blessing. You could also ask for omelets at breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, with nearby shops selling handicrafts and local sweets, and even cafés with proper Italian espresso machines. For this price range, I think the hotel is excellent. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

Booked 2 rooms. Extra mattress available. Parking available with 24 hrs security guard. Food quality is very good. Room service is good. Cleanliness is good. For visiting Taj Mahal. Please take your car up to parking around 600m from hotel. Take govt. E rickshaws from inside parking. (White colour big size, 20 rps per person). Don't get scammed by small e rikshwas, they will drop you mid way. Overall a very good stay at this hotel.

Standards are very high. Not just any hotel in india. Specially i think staff from restaurant area (2 boys ) did exceptional job with focus on service. Overall clean hotel but to me staff stood out the most. Also thanks to chef for unbelievably good lunch. My mum was extremely happy with food and she is the hardest to make happy

It was a really great stay at Hotel crystal Inn, especially Abhay and Abhishek were amazing, helpful and pay extra attention to the customer needs. I would really suggest this hotel due to staff like these and rest all things are also good at the hotel like food and other things. Also, the hotel provides cold water, which I like.
