Worst experience. I booked the hotel 2 days prior and after reaching the location at 9 PM in night I didn't find the hotel anywhere. I have already made the payments. Then I called the owner , he started using abusive languages and denied to share the exact location of the hotel. He totally denied to offer the room and did not have the refund also. Please please a humble request!! Do not get convinced by the fake reviews. It is the worst hotel I ever booked. Don not book by looking at the prices . Total waste of money and you will be left nowhere to go in a strange city. Worst worst experience.

Room service was very pathetic, Rooms were not as clean as per the standards, there is no window on one-bed room, AC was operating at 16 degrees we requested for remote control, and it was not available there even there was no control for Fan speed, my room mates had to suffer due to this. We ordered food which was supposed to be arrived in 30 mins, arrived after 2 hours.. And it was overpriced plus very very pathetic food, I had stomach problem next day, hotel staff was not ready to compromise for the price,

When I booked through online it was just 300+ for one single room. But they charged 700+ and due to some health issues i couldn't go out for a better stay. Anyone booking for stay , don't waste time & money on garbage,cancel it and search for better options.

It was worst experience I have ever seen in my life 1.when I booked hotel they cancel and asked extra money with gst 2.i went outside to visit than they enter in my booked room and started repairing work without informing us. 3. I ordered dinner but they charges double rates with low quality of food. 4. Oyo owner and lady owner have very rude behavior. 5. Washroom quality was too bad. 6 . Wrong location. Totally worst experience.Their is no any point of oyo, they r just doing business with their own.

Best Hotel for family, groups & individual as per my experience!!!! Things which I consider were 1) Location : In tajganj, near TAJ MAHAL, with emporium underneath & MC DONALD'S Behind. 2) Amenities: Newly constructed Hotel.Along with basic amenities most importantly I got professional tourist guide support that prevents me from deception or cheating from local wrenched people. 3) Testimonials: I choose this hotel after my friend's recommendation. I too will recommend it to others. 4) Accessibility: Faces no problem in reaching as located in posh area & easily got public transport for visiting tourist & shopping places. 5) Food: When you are on tour definitely you miss home like stuff. But fortunately I get here what I miss the most in my whole tour- Home like food. 6) Value: Best value for money hotel in that kind of locality. Overall very nice experience!!!!

One of the best affordable priced hotel situated near Taj Mahal in Agra. Room are quite spaciousand equipped with A/C , TV, warbrode and dressing table. Bathroom is having European style toilet and both shower and tap facilities. Although there was no geyser in our bathroom. Bed had clean bedsheets and quilts and they will provide extra pillow if asked, along with 2 complementary water bottles. Food service is available, try mixed veg and dal with rotis. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Hotel policy not customer friendly . If you tell him to extended check out timing extended few hour paid 1 day charge . If any emergency extended some minutes or hour than they want extra one day charge . Very looting policy by hotel management

Rooms are dirty and full of fowl smell, there is also lack of services. Customer service is of very poor quality. Shower does not function, bedsheet are also very dirty.
