Hotel NoVo Agra

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Agra. While my overall experience was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of your staff, I wanted to share some feedback for improvement. The team was incredibly attentive and helpful, which made my stay enjoyable. Their hospitality and willingness to assist really stood out, and I want to commend them for their excellent service. However, I did notice a slight smell in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. While it didn’t overshadow my stay, addressing this issue could greatly enhance the comfort of future guests. Thank you for your efforts in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I hope this feedback helps in improving guest satisfaction further. I look forward to visiting again and seeing the improvements.

We had booked this hotel for one day, traveling with my family, and had the most horrible experience imaginable. • There was no hot water for the entire day, which was unacceptable, especially in winter. • The washroom was absolutely filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned for months. • The glass window did not have a curtain, forcing us to use the bed runner to cover it. • Dust was layered everywhere, making the room feel uninhabitable. • The TV was non-functional throughout our stay. • Drinking water was not provided in the room and when we requested it, they tried to charge us extra for it. • Additionally, there was an error in billing where they attempted to charge us for tea we never ordered. • The location was equally disappointing, situated right beside a crematorium (samshan). • There was no lift and we were forced to climb three floors, which was extremely inconvenient. This place seems more suitable for unmarried couples looking for a temporary stay to have fun. We observed many unmarried couples checking in at night and leaving early in the morning. This experience was highly disappointing.

The experience and hospitality with novo group has always been special.it was my 3rd stay with novo agra and like always I enjoyed my stay .No question on hospitality,food and room service everything is good near to Taj Mahal and othe monuments

Best option for stay in agra with family budget hotel with comfort stay near taj mahal location and other tourist places it's very near to metro station complete family hotel dinner price is very lower compare to local market or restaurant so we are very happy with novo hotel

Staff was very helpful and polite. Prompt service and best you can get. Location is also very great as this is very close to Taj Mahal.
