Location is great, but that’s the only pros of this stay. FIRST of all WiFi worked only like 1/10 of the time, same with water, it was rare to work correctlly. We also had breakfast included, it was only served beetwen 8:30-11am and the meal was disgusting. Another thing is that we got water to breakfast, that we didn’t ask for and they made us pay for this and for serving, even when we had breakfast included in our stay. Services such as butler’s job should be included in price.

It is good hotel then I cant mention in tha review about tha staff of hotal and good tha food of tha hotal is supper and taste and restaurant also good seat facilities they give allso the discount for room tajmahal allso see in the Rooftop of tha hotal

Highly recommend hotel.... I visited last time with friends.... Trust me the hotel is so clean and comfortable. Specially the hotel location...... You can find every brand store near it

I had a very bad experience here. First they said a different price including bed and heater. When we reached they said extra for bed and extra for heater. Price online it shows less, When we ask them they're not agreeing. They don't know how to speak to customers. Feels like we're staying in a hotel that Shah Jahan built( if he was broke) . I would have given 0.5 stars. No lock in bathroom. Broken walls. The room is worth 500. Stupid arrogant receptionists who don't want to understand or help you but just want money.

I've never been to a worse place than this.... If anyone replies on this its just them trying to make you guys come.. When we first saw this hotel in booking.com they said one room is 1700. But when we asked and confirmed with them they said 2500 for each room. Yeah the room would be pretty great in ancient akbar times💀💀... The service was very bad. We came on a family trip, they asked 2000 for one room with extra bed, but when we got to the room and it was night they were asking extra money for extra charge but eventually we realised that they extra money was to make those guys travel from the reception to the first floor.... When we got down to ask where is the extra bed they were again asking for more money... This place is a scam, don't come here. Also don't fall for the photos. The girls in the reception were yelling at the guests(us) because we were saying the service is very bad. The toilet was rusted and very dirty and smelly. When we first went to the hotel they sprayed mosquito gas, it even us feel like vomiting. They have a budget tv a budget room and a toilet everything was dirty and unclean. Please avoid this hotel.

I liked the deluxe and educative room very much and I also liked the staff behavior, good service, the location of the hotel is very good
