Hotel The Shanaya

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and equipped with high-quality products both in the room and bathroom. The staff were extremely humble and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Taj Mahal East Gate, making it a perfect choice for tourists. Lift facility is available, adding to the comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra — I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

No recommended as per my experience, room was to much dirty, but washroom was clean. Can’t use AC if there is power cut, also there is short circuit in our room so lights & Tv was not working, charging double then MRP on local bottled water, Food quality was good but too much expensive as per quantity.

Booked a room at this hotel and paid through agoda. When we arrived , they informed us that there were no rooms avaliable and asked us to stay at the hotel next door which was also theirs but would cost me 700 rupees more because it was a special deluxe room. When we viewed the room, it was really dirty and in bad shape with a big hole in the wall of the bathroom.
