Hotel Marygold Agra

It was the most horrific experience. Zero cleanliness, zero professionalism, zero quality. They even do not have any space for keeping bed linen, pillows and towels. Hence dumped all of them in a corner of the corridors. They never cleaned the kettles they provided to their guests. I booked but changed the hotel immediately without even caring about my money and looked for another hotel. The whole hotel was stinking as hell. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

Very Bad Experience This was a terrible experience. I booked the hotel through Booking.com, but when I arrived, they told me there were no rooms available and tried to move me to another hotel. The new room was nothing like what I originally booked. The staff were unprofessional and rude. They were laughing and chatting among themselves without caring that I was there. It felt like kids were running the place. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at since using booking apps. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

👎 Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked this hotel over 2 months in advance, excited for my trip to Agra, but when I arrived, they told me there were no rooms available. Despite having confirmed my booking and paid in advance, they offered no explanation. The staff were not helpful at all. Instead of trying to find a solution, they were rude, unprofessional, and even laughed among themselves as if they didn’t care that I was standing there. I had only one day to explore Agra, but I ended up wasting valuable time searching for a new hotel because this one was so poorly managed. The experience completely ruined my plans and left me extremely disappointed. This hotel clearly lacks basic customer service and professionalism, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It was the worst part of my trip to India.

Bad front desk and worst service. The reviews are misleading and probably fake don’t get fooled by them. Beware of the scam. We booked this hotel a week ago for 2 nights considering great reviews however the experience was a total disaster. We checked in about 3 hrs after the check-in time yet rooms weren’t ready. The room which we were allocated had dirty bedsheets with dust and hair strands, the AC wasn’t working, the basin had muddy running water.After multiple followups we told them to change the room. The front desk guy was insensitive , impolite and incapable of being a manager . He didn’t acknowledge and provide solution for the shoddy service rather chose to shrug it off. The hotel is short staffed having hardly 2 males for service. We chose breakfast option however we had to followup multiple times for it and the breakfast was for namesake.No buffet, no beverage, salty food . The intercom wasn’t working in any room and we had to constantly run up and down for slightest of asks. The bathroom drainage was choked and the water seeped to the bedroom. No geyser in any bathroom ,no hot water.Rather they lied that they turn on hot water supply after 8 am 😒 This hotel is not worth the money and time . Even fellow guests were complaining about bad service while they were checking out.Please avoid at all costs if you want peace of mind and fair service.

It was a very bad experience with this hotel. We group of 4 people booked this hotel for 1 night after seeing such good rating,but the reviews are really misleading. So BE AWARE before going to book. We booked two rooms and we only got one room on checked in time and another room we got in the afternoon that was so late from check in time bcz room weren't ready.the bathrooms were not at all clean, it was smelly. Even there was no hot water supply in the morning as well. No supportive staff , the manager was so rude , he didn't care about our complaints. I suggest don't go for this hotel,it is not worth for money and time. They don't care about their customers and inconvenience caused by them. And if your hotel is in such beautiful city which is recognised by UNESCO heritage ,so this is your first priority to welcome your customer/ guest with warm, with humbleness and with politeness.

Hotel Marygold is a new property located in the center of Agra. Everything you need in regards to good restaurants, markets and the Taj Mahal is within walking distance. During our stay Samson and his team made sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Staff is very polite and served us breakfast every morning, which is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious, Aircon and hot water available through out your stay! The only point of improvement we found was our double bed, which consisted out of two single mattresses put together. If you’re looking for a safe, convenient and nice place in Agra, you should definitely stay here!

Hotel staff is really awesome, Rooms are really spacious. And read some reviews like hot water is not available all the time, but when I stay, hot water is running all the time(24*7) and there is taken care of each and every thing how you like it and make accordingly to your taste. I can't recommend any other hotel better than Hotel Marygold in Agra and Taj Mahal is just on walking distance and they have a great parking.

I checked into the marygold hotel today in the afternoon and within 8 hours I experienced a horrible service.. I don't know how people are giving good ratings for such low class hotels to mislead a people or what? ... .. Pathetic service..... There is no staff to manage this hotel only two service boys are managing this entire hotel.... For each and every service you need to run down. Not recommended at all..... Tv is not working I mean only free channels will hardly work... Drainage issues, toilet cleanliness.. . Worst experience.
