I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room and washroom were clean and well maintained. At the reception, Anikesh was extremely polite and helpful, with a very good nature, which made the check-in experience smooth. The only negative point I found was regarding the food – the dish I ordered had a very small portion size. Considering the price, the quantity was not even sufficient for one person, although the taste was very good.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the highlights was the beautifully maintained rooftop area, which featured a lovely swimming pool and offered a spectacular view of the Taj Mahal. Watching the monument from such a peaceful setting was truly memorable, especially during the early morning and evening hours. The rooftop was well-managed, clean, and designed in a way that felt both relaxing and luxurious. The rooms were equally impressive—neatly arranged, spacious, and filled with a pleasant fragrance that made the stay even more refreshing. The large windows provided great views, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings without even stepping outside. The overall cleanliness was remarkable; everything felt hygienic, from the bedding to the furniture. The washrooms were spotless and well-equipped, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and hygiene. Attention to detail was evident in every aspect, whether it was the arrangement of amenities, the smooth check-in process, or the polite and helpful attitude of the staff. Rooms, the overall restaurant service and the ambiance was very welcoming and wholesome. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Especially the in room dining and food quality was top-notch, chef Ravi and Sachin took great care of our asks and made sure we leave happy with our stomachs full.

Hotel staff is very professional and helping. food is very tasty and served with minute details taken from their customers. I met with Chef Sachin, Ravi and Ram. They listened to me with patience and served my favourite meal on my table which bring a smile on my face. Thankyou team Radisson

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites.The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had.The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start.There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke.Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

The hotel is really nice . Chef Ashish for lunch and Ravi for breakfast took really good care . Shout out to Arnab too for excellent service. Also huge thanks to management for giving us room with Taj Mahal view , making special arrangements , cake and giving early check in . Although the variety of food is excellent but options for non vegetarian is minimal. Also the staff in dining area ( during dinner) were not very professional. They lack basic decency and humbleness. The pool is small and the water was not fresh . Overall a good stay with tasty food .
