Tricky, for multiple days booking they cancel some days to remove discount and want you to pay full for those days. Also Rooms not clean, staff does not care, so you won’t want to pay full for those days.

My experience at Hotel Taj Royal during the Diwali holidays with my family was extremely disappointing, warranting a one-star rating. Despite the anticipation of a pleasant stay, the reality fell far short of expectations. The hotel's service was merely average, failing to meet the basic standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. The exorbitant pricing was a major letdown, tarnishing the overall experience. Charging an exorbitant Rs 30 for a water bottle that typically costs Rs 15 was a blatant example of unfair pricing. This blatant attempt to overcharge guests left a sour taste and felt exploitative. The condition of the bathroom was appalling, with hygiene clearly being neglected. The presence of used condoms on the floor was not only utterly unhygienic but also deeply embarrassing, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for my family. Adding to the list of grievances, the broken door knob highlighted the lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Furthermore, the hotel's attempt to demand double the price listed on the OYO app was a blatant disregard for fair pricing practices and left a sense of mistrust. Considering the overall subpar service, cleanliness, and pricing discrepancies, I cannot in good conscience recommend Hotel Taj Royal for families or any other travelers. It was a deeply regrettable experience that left me feeling utterly dissatisfied and disheartened.

Overall not a pleasant experience. We had booked 2 rooms. One room's washroom was stinking. Water doesn't get drained and starts smelling, so unusable. Another room's bathroom bolt was broken so cannot be locked from inside, also the geyser wasn't working. We 4 people had to adjust alot just for washroom. They will provide accessories only when asked. We never got 2nd towel until we were about to checkout, telling the staff also doesn't help. Hotel is not in the city centre itself, rather it is in somewhat rural area. The only good thing is that this hotel is only 1.5 km away from east gate of Taj.

They are fraud. They scammed people by taking their phones. If you ever visit this place and u r asked for booking no just say the no. Don't offer your phone directly. On my recent visit they took my phone in excuse of confirming my booking, then they cancelled my booking and rebooked again. This way they charge more on the OYO app. After that ask u pay money on their QR code, otherwise asked you to leave their place. Horrible staff behaviour. They don't offer you even water in their room.

Horrible experience. I had booked the hotel on Oyo, but after reaching the hotel the person at the reception denied check in. Person at reception said hotel is full we cannot give you rooms. then what is the purpose of advance booking ? If already paid, They deny giving you rooms.
