OYO Hotel Taj Ansh

This hotel is a scam. I have just checked in this hotel a few hours back with 5 family members. We booked the hotel seeing good reviews everywhere. But it turns out they changed the hotel name to Taj Paradise and OYO did not bother to inform it clearly. The hotel is situated in a local market and hence very noisy. The hotel is dirty. WiFi does not work. The hotel staffs are extremely rude and misbehaving. The linens are dirty with ketchup and dirty stains. When told to the staffs they said they cannot do anything because the new owner didn't give them new linens. The bathroom stinks from the air coming from exhaust. When told, a staff came with a room freshener and sprayed. Room number 204' s switchboard was open and hanging with all wires opened outside. When told, they came with some Scotch tape and 'fixed' it. The AC remotes were not there in the room. When told a staff came and very rudely switched on the AC and left with the remote. When asked, he told he will bring it with new batteries never to return. Overall, it is a shabby hotel. Our experience so far is very bad. It is a strict no-no for anybody who wants some cleanliness.

Rooms were not ready even when we checked in 6 hours late and also all amenities were not working and then we were shifted to other room. Apart from that place was very near to Taj Entry Gate around 1.5 Km.
