OYO Hotel Paradise Agra

Honest review for family trip: Don't book. Worst hotel ever visited. Forget about Hygiene. Very bad washroom, no ventilation, salted water. No bucket, no Mug..and toilets were like hell..water was spilling on the bathroom floor from bathroom tap... Staff was not good non cooperative. I booked and paid to oyo for this, but Hotel manager said to me to pay in cash and Oyo booking will be refunded. But itvseems he cheated. Oyo also not responding. The condition of blanket was like yuck. So please don't book this hotel.

The only reason why I booked this hotel was because it was pet friendly. I had called the hotel staff and confirmed my checkin time at 10 am. I checked in at 11:49 am and yet I had to wait for half an hour to get into the room as the hotel staff said that room was not ready. The hotel staff did not change the blanket and it was burnt due to smoking.There were cigarette buds in the bathroom. The washroom was extremely dirty and the commode was broken and there were not even the basic bathroom utilities . We left to visit Taj and luckily I had kept camera in the room because I had kept my dog in the room, I got to know that they had switched off the electricity of the room even after me informing them about my dog in the room. I had to call them repeatedly for half and hour to get them turn on the main electricity switch. This wasn’t enough, that night there was no water in the washroom and I had to call them three times to get them switch on the motor. I asked them to serve tea, the cups were filthy and unhygienic and tea was extremely sweet and a waste basically. Somehow we spent the night. All this was not enough, the next whole night they had turned the AC off. I called them to turn it on, yet the next whole day they did not turn on the AC and I had booked an AC room. If you have any option for you pet, please avoid this hotel by all the means or else you will regret booking here. DO NOT pay them in full as advance. Also, they tried getting a hold of my government ID card. Do not let them keep your government ID card by any means. This hotel staff cannot be trusted and they do not provide the service they provide on website. They will switch off the AC after few minutes of payment and then you won’t be able to do anything about it !

hotel worthy of its price. don't expect comfort. the air conditioning did not work and mosquitoes could enter without problem. I do not recommend it.

Nice hotel with basic facility and good for one night stay. The staff is good and polite. I found rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast is limited but has good taste and quality. Suitable for family too. I recommend this hotel. Mr Khan who is in charge of this hotel is a polite and helpful person.

This is the most worst Oyo room we have see in our life. Our booking was AC room but they gave us Non AC room and in addition there was no proper fan also. No hot water,no drinking water, there was no hanger to tie clothes. Manager was asking additional amount even we had booked room through Oyo. It is not recommended to family to stay there.

Reason for 2🌟 rating is because we were being mislead and scam was done with us i.e. we are allotted a 5 people(family) room by the Oyo as a complimentary(because of declined for the room in hotel which we booked from Oyo but the hotel doesn't allow) but we were given 2 people room. Just because of the shortage of time as it was already night i.e. 8:00 p.m. we have to deal and adjust with our situation.

Very close to Taj and the best hotel in that area unless one is rich enough to reach out for luxury properties. Clean, friendly, comfortable. Gives a sense of Agra easily. We were a little late to check out but the hotel made absolutely no fuss over it and allowed us that extra hour.
