What a shame. For many a trip to Agra to visit one of the seven wonders of the world would be a once in a lifetime experience but for me and my colleague it was the trip from hell! We had seen this establishment had good reviews (they fake them, all the accounts reviewing have not reviewed on google before). We got offered a choice of two rooms and both had a smell that can only be compared to my local rubbish tip! Once we reluctantly picked a room (as we had already paid) it became apparent that we were in for a torrid night. The sheets were unclean and filled with unknown hair (human? Who knows!?). The bathroom resembled a street from downtown Mogadishu! The levels of hygiene here are to be rivaled from the filthiest corners of the globe. To top it all off there was unacceptably loud music which caused great distress to my vulnerable friend. Once the morning came we were greeted with multiple empty cups of ice cream outside our door which had been left by some rude no good doers! Please steer clear of this place if you don't want to have a grime filled insomniac night from hell!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Agra Grande.The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Staff, who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Spree. It’s located on a populated main road yet the place is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed is luxurious. Most of all, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating to reasonable requests.

Stayed here during my visit to Agra, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. While the price range was decent, the property felt quite old and poorly maintained. The moment we entered the lift, we noticed litter gathered in the corners, which was not a good first impression. One of the biggest issues was the mosquito problem—there were so many that even after using a GoodKnight coil, we had to keep killing them manually. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and it seemed like housekeeping isn’t given much attention. The bathroom was in bad shape too, with a dirty sink and toilet seat, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, this hotel really needs better upkeep and cleanliness. With a little more care, it could be a much better stay, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it unless there are some serious improvements.

Had a very comfortable stay at the Agra Grande. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and all modern amenities were available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the quick service. and the food feels like a warm hug on a plate.What a fabulous place to stay. Amazing view and amazing staff . Service is very good.

Had a wonderful stay at Agra Grande. The location is great, and the service is excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, arranging a cab service within 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. The food was also tasty.

One of the worst hotels i ever visited in my life🤧 No cleanliness No hygiene Not even single rooms cleaned when we checked in No Ac No Hot water No clean bed linen Bad smell all around No power since early morning & it is hot weather we were cooked in rooms. Hotel needs complete renovation & untill that i recommend not even to enquire with these people for rooms Hotel is full of flies, if u open ur mouth to talk also they will go inside.
