FabHotel Orchid

This is the worst hotel anyone can ever visit. Firstly they say they have sold rooms to someone else and take you to their remote property.. Bedsheets have cigarette burns , vomiting stains on bed , no light in washroom, and staff is so nonsense that they don’t listen even when you ask them thousand times . They demand extra money on everything Better to stay in a roadside dhaba than this bullshit.

Only thing good about the hotel was the breakfast that was okay. Rooms had lots of cockroaches, several charging points weren't functioning. We needed hot water for bath early morning no one bothered to get up and start the boiler even after reminding them a night before

Staff is very good polite nature and very comfortable. Housekeeping services also good

Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in. No proper bedsheets, they were torn. Charging slots were not working properly except for two. No facilities for hot water. Washrooms were not at all properly maintained. Also the location is not very good and is almost out of the city.

Firstly i would lile to praise the staff as they were very supportive but amenities provided by the hotel was very bad. Rooms were smelling, light sockets were not working, no toiletry present in the bathroom, food was average. If you dont have budget for good hotel than only book this hotel otherwise dont book. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst ever. Bedsheets pillow covers are dirty not changed. AC was not working at most rooms. They keep on changing more than 2 rooms for each person. We totally booked 7 rooms for 20.

Every hotel offer clean room , clean bedsheet but the most important thing that a traveler need is hospitality and kindness so am gonna talk about the Staff of The Orchid Hotel so polite , well mannered, the receptionist knows how to welcome guest , he is so flexible and understanding . during checkout i am unable to get a taxi or auto due to some problem and i am very late for my bus , he understand my Urgency and did everything to get a cab for me and he really arrange a cab for me on time . his efforts really touch my heart Must recommended hotel
