Very nice place and friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety foodstuffs. It doesn’t have a very good view but our stay was great and comfortable. Jahid, Anil, Sarab and Kishore treated us well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to see Taj Mahal.

I stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of July 2024, and it was a pleasant experience. We had booked two rooms, and both were very comfortable and spotless. The beds were cozy, and the rooms were well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. The bathrooms were particularly impressive—extremely neat and tidy, with a steady supply of hot water, which made for a refreshing shower. We also enjoyed the food during our stay; it was well-prepared and flavorful, adding to the overall positive experience. Great service, good hospitality. Really beautiful rooms and ambience. The dinner and breakfast were delicious too. It was very clean and perfect for family. Taj mahal is quite nearby too, and there are many shops nearby. Definitely worth the stay.

The hotel cancelled my reservation two weeks before the trip without any clear explanation. When I reached out to them, I was told a “transaction” had been denied, which made no sense as I had booked a “pay-at-the-property” room. For the record, the same credit card I used for this booking was successfully accepted by three other hotels in India, so it wasn’t an issue with my card.||The hotel advised me to rebook, but the price had increased from £222 to £295 for two nights. Booking.com reached out to ask if I could rebook for the original price, but the hotel did not respond. Since December is wedding season in India and all the reasonably priced options were sold out by this point, I ended up rebooking at the higher rate anyway. ||A few days later, the hotel messaged me asking for 50% deposit via bank transfer to secure the reservation. At this point I just cancelled since the whole thing felt like a scam.

Awesome hotel in Agra! We enjoyed staying at the Golden Tulip. The rooms were clean and neat. There is a complimentary rooftop pool. The food was excellent with the right level of spices. The service was excellent. The staff were professional and courteous, especially Priya at the restaurant. We will definitely be staying there again and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
