Worst experience. First of all, the location on the google map - FabHotel Swess grand is wrong. Second, The rooms are literally very dirty. The hotel is in a very secluded area. Bedding not good. The spring of the bed was also broken. We booked it for 2 days; literally had to leave in a day seeing the condition of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the food was quite good, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was in need of some serious maintenance, On top of that, the online location provided was incorrect, which made finding the hotel a frustrating experience. Despite the tasty food, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel due to the subpar room conditions and location inaccuracies.

“Pathetic Property : STAY AWAY” Listing down the below pointers: 1) The property is in the middle of nowhere. There are no shops and buildings nearby the hotel. It is totally deserted. 2) When I checked into the room, it was very dirty, bathroom pots were soiled. It seemed like the room was not cleaned for months. 3) The receptionist showed us 3 other rooms but all of them were in same condition as that of the first room i.e. dirty, soiled bathrom pots, noisy bed springs, dirty kettle, dusty chairs, no STB attached to TV. 4) I checked out of the hotel within 1 hour and found another good hotel. 5) The owner Lokesh Agarwal refused to refund the booking amount.
