Treebo Trend Swess Grand

It was wonderful stay with spacious room. Interior was very good. It would be appreciated if bathroom is maintained. Breakfast was delicious and hygienic. But very limited varieties. Very close location to Taj Mahal.

Overall good experience at Hotel Treebo Trend Swiss Grand. Parking was easily available. Room size and maintenance was good. Only issue with room was as TV was not working. Staff was polite but service was bit delayed. Location of hotel is somewhere outside of city busy area. But if you are looking to get relaxed than its a good option for you. Free breakfast was provided. Bread jam, poori sabzi, poha along with tea was available. Taste was good.

Pathetic condition, don't ever stay here. we checked in last night on 13th August on our way back from Ujjain. We checked in around 10 p.m. the rooms were still not ready. The booking was done through MMT, so the amount was all paid in advance for 2 rooms. We paid around 7,500 for both the rooms. After check in we had to literally plead for mineral water in our rooms which is a very basic. Upon checking the room, there were no towels. Moreover showers and faucets/ taps not working in bathrooms.To add to the already frustrated situation there was no set top box connected to the LED TV. There were no phones in the room to call for room service, we had to walk and come down to ground floor reception from our room on 2nd floor to place the order for food and water. The electronic sockets were left empty without bulbs. What's the point of running a hotel with such sad state of affairs. Now coming to the morning when we had come to the restaurant for breakfast. Oh my God I have never seen such a bad buffet. They just had poha, aalo bhaji and bread. And to share there was no butter. We couldn't order eggs/ omlette even on request as there was no chef to prepare. We have requested the treebo hotels management for a complete refund. I hope they act on it fast. I am sharing a few pictures also for everyone's reference.

Hotel was clean and food was testy...hotal staff was very cooperative.. location is also good....apprx. 2 km away from Taj. Open Parking space are available. apart from it bathroom accessories need to be changed. overall value of money.

My stay was very pleasant and staff was good and room was neat and clean. Taj Mahal is very to the hotel . Breakfast quality is good and have more options to choose. I recommend for eveyone who want to stay in Agra .

room infrastructure and service was not upto mark..ac was not working properly and there was smell in room.. when i told manager to change my room he told there was no room available even whole hotel was empty and no else was seen there.. they didn't provided towel even after calling 3 times on reception..they provided bedding on floor for extra person in room and charged 500 for it..breakfast was not started on time and they made us wait 15 mins even after going 30 mins late.. the list goes on

Room was good, staff behaviour was good, though I had to call for everything, their response was yes we are sending someone but then no one came and I had to call them up again. With these small improvements, I think this can be a really awesome place to stay at.

Room are very spacious, hygienic and location is also prime. Highly recommend for family and couples. Only the issue is food. Dishes are damn too costly if compared to servings. I would recommend to hav food outside and not from the hotel restaurant. Even a very good dhaba and value for money is in just 2-3 mins walking distance from the hotel.
