Hotel Green View, Agra

It is a very good hotel. It looks very beautiful. The facilities are very good and the most important thing is that the welcome given to the guests is very good. The hotel is very clean. The cleanliness and service is also very good. I will still come to Agra. I will always stay in this hotel🙂

Worst than worst experience. Do not select untill last resort. Location in village. No shops nearby. Approach is bad. Rooms are dirtier, linen used fresh linen is worst. No toiletries. No kits for tea as no kettle. Pathetic to the core. AC do not work. Food is very very bad.

Hotel location is absolutely terrible, its not even accessible by car, its a dirt road that leads up to a Rural place, I didn't even check in when I saw the place, I left immediately and found another place. How is this rated 3.6 stars???

Worst room with worst location with worst service... Owner tells lie.. After you check in... It's over.... Aukaad mein aa jati hain..... Never ever go to that hotel... Worst hotel

The location is really bad, at the outskirts of the town. The power in our room constantly went out, but they were quick to fix. Breakfast is actually just omelette and we were served chai even though we ordered coffee. No clean towels or bedsheets and overall quite run down .

Terrible service. People who manage hotel doesn't care about occupants. No hot water, no towels, no tissues or water. You have to ask them seperately for everything. Location also not ideal. Lift was stopping in between, and electricity was being cut off. Actually rooms were pretty good but they have managed to compensate that with their terrible attitudes.

Terrible service and extremely terrible location. I was just shocked to see the hotel when I reached. When I asked to call for a cab to visit some place they simply asked me to call ola. Whenever I called in kitchen to order something it always arrived 30-40 minutes late. I would suggest to spend some more bucks and book a better hotel. There are many better hotels in the vicinity of Taj. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
