Treebo The Royal Taj

Personally,I will not recommend this hotel for stay .Horrible experience,they dont have basic amenities and services,when we reached the bathroom lock was broken , flush was not working, gate lock card not working we have to like constantly reminding them this is not working ,we have to ask for towels and soap. And next morning water was not their due to broken stabilizer... We have booked this room for only one day and all day we were just complaining. Services are very poor,should focus on maintaining Better services... atleast guests deserve to get basic services for what they are paying for and if something broken or working they should check in advance before giving the room what is the benefit for us to book the room in advance. Not satisfied.

Absolutely not worthy of any decent standards. Room 207 - Many cockroaches coming from under the bed and the nightstand (I cannot imagine what would happen if you could lift the bed) - Unprepared room when we arrived (no towel, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet tissue paper) - Hot water only in the morning - Dirty room overall (see pictures) and full of junk under the bed and the nightstand

I recently stayed there for my cousin's marriage...for 2 days...awesome food, cooperating staff...Sneha thanks for giving us wonderful service. Only issue was...lights was little bit less...especially for girls makeup. In the room🤪🤣..otherwise...it was good location...I would say...cleaning can be improve...else...it was good experience...thanku all staff...🙏

Very very poor experience and poor service at the hotel. There was dirty water in the washrooms and unclean rooms. Please please don't book this hotel not even worth a penny. If there was less than one star I would have rated that.

Was a very bad experience. Bathrooms were not cleaned.and some toilets were not able to close .unfriendly staff...there was a coffee shop which seemed to be not cleaned after a function..dirty sinks totally a bad experience..we don't recommend this place to any one who appreciate cleanliness. Management have a look at this place for the betterment of your business. 🇱🇰 👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮🚽🚽🚽🚽🚽

No geyser in any room Found used con*om in toilet No amenities Charged for water bottles which is complimentary as mentioned on treebo 205 room is very bad Toilet seat full of spot and smell No treebo support !!called 6 times but no resolution found!!extremely cheap stunt by treebo Bathroom are way more like hell No wifi No swimming pool ( water is dirty and not allowed) No place to sit at roof No roof restaurant Charge more than actually price of water which is complimentary Full of cockroaches And already complaint against Treebo in consumer forum and legal name was RUPTUB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
