⭐ 1/5 — Worst Hotel Experience in Agra I stayed at Hotel Pearl Blue, Agra on 22 November 2025, and it was a huge disappointment from the moment I arrived. Despite reaching exactly at check-in time, I was kept waiting for almost an hour to get my room. Very poor management and no explanation or apology from the staff. When I finally entered the room, things got even worse. The cleanliness was absolutely pathetic — the floor was dusty, bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, and there was a bad smell in the room. The bathroom was in horrible condition with stains everywhere, broken mirror, and leaking fittings. The furniture was damaged, paint was peeling off the walls, and overall the room looked completely neglected and unhygienic. It honestly felt like staying in a ₹500 budget lodge, not a hotel that charges much more. The quality and maintenance were 3rd class, nothing like what they show online. I felt cheated and extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better and cleaner options available in Agra at the same or even lower prices. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Extremely Poor Quality & Zero Cleanliness I stayed at Hotel Pearl Blue, Agra on 22 Nov 2025, and the experience was terrible. The property looked completely mismanaged. I had to wait a long time just to check in, even though the room was already booked well in advance. The room was in a mess — dirty floors, foul smell, and the bedsheets looked used. The bathroom was the worst part: broken mirror, stains everywhere, and no proper maintenance. The furniture was damaged, drawers hardly opened, and overall the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or repaired for months. For the price they charge, the quality is not acceptable at all. It genuinely felt like a very cheap lodge instead of a proper hotel. Definitely not value for money and nothing like what is shown in their photos. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place. There are many better and cleaner options in Agra.

Easily the worst place we never stayed at. I’m going to consider myself lucky that we never stayed here. We spent a good 40 minutes trying to find the place. After many phone calls and numerous directions we finally reached the front desk to absolute mayhem. They had no idea of our booking and had no rooms available! They had literally given our room away. The reception staff and other men employed there have terrible communication skills in both English and Hindi and this only added to the confusion. ||They offered to accommodate us else where which in turn turned out to be much worse and in the middle of nowhere. The sheets were dirty and stained and the toilet littered with pubic hair. We decided to decline their kind offer and had to pay three times the price for immediate accommodation for the night. Considering we were in Agra for only a day, this hotel caused us a huge waste of time and added to the stress and pressure of travel.||100/100 would not recommend.

"We were kept waiting for an hour at check-in, and the room assigned to us was filthy, with a dirty washroom and a door that didn't shut properly. It took another hour to finally get a decent room. What's worse, the hotel owner was completely unresponsive to our complaints."I had the worst experience today at this hotel. The staff doesn't know how to communicate, and the service is terrible. They made us wait for 5 hours for water and towels. The room wasn't clean, there were insects crawling everywhere, the bathroom was dirty, and the bedsheets were unclean. The hotel is filthy. Don't come here thinking it's something it's not, based on photos. The staff doesn't even listen to complaints."

Booked 2 rooms this hotel via travel agency for my family. We were travelling from Vrindavan to agra and had check-in at evening time. This hotel management staff calls at last moment saying that they have an official party and they have upgraded our hotel to some nearby hotel named Grand Empire. We agreed because we were already running late and senior citizens with us we didn't want to argue as they needed some rest after full day travel. To make our day worst upgraded hotel was even worse. Avoid booking this hotel to avoid last moment cancellations from them.
