Hotel Stonewood the Gomti Rise by IHC

Location is good but bellow mentioned thing give them zero star 1. They cost every single occupancy 1800 to 2500 per night. 2.Tv of room are not working 3. Light backup not there 4.Reception having no. Contact no. 5. Staff are not good 6. Owner are always wondering there but he have no idea how to make sure customer satisfaction. 7. Overall they cost 3 Star but service lodage whose at near railway station and cost of per night is 300. Bust experience i want to leave there for 16 days but due to same above problem I was checked out 3rd days while I was not recived proper response.

Cleaning in room was poor. TV was not in operation, was besin was blocked/ choked. There was no facility of hanging clothes inside the bathroom.

The worst place to stay. Lift was out of order. Water supply disrupted thrice in 12 hour. AC supply failure twice. You have to wait 60 min for any simple order. No service between 10 pm to 10 am. Torn bedsheet. The list is endless... Better to stay on street than to stay in this hotel

Everything is Ok but Facilities is not so good utensils used for serving food is not well washed...room quality is good... Fully air-conditioned hotel...

Food not gud, poor service, lift not working, snacks not provided after many requests, Avoid complaints/any quary. I suggest don't book for parties.

Lift not works properly, in last 2 days, it not works 5 times.....all are shifting luggage by self by third floor...no service boy is available.

It was my great experience. They provide me a allied class services which are outstanding and there services are quick . The response of any query and services is fast and good .
