OYO 30136 Hotel Crystal

Oh my God.......one of the most pathetic and worst hotels I have stayed at . Booked the room theough online website ,when we checked in ,it was DARK , upon request light came and we had the shock of life to see one of the dirtiest room ever .the bathrooms were as if they were just used by bunch of people , the sheets looked as if they were used for weeks and then were spread on bed. The main highlight was attitude ,very very high and non cooperative, they were just not bothered about the guest . When we complained to the website guys,and in turn when website guys contacted them for the whole mess ,initially they refused for any problem however later they called us on room phone number and asked us to VACATE THE ROOM . For a. Hour we we're in our car and later booked another hotel and checked in there . This hotel should be avoided by families ,probably good for unmarried GUYS .

Very good services, need improve when customer ask anything give solution as per his or her need not compelled to do adjustments.

Very bad place to stay. Staff is so rude and they cancel our booking time to time. Very poor staff
