check-in experience was terrible. 01 HOUR IN CHECK IN. I had paid for it but NO AC in Room, NO GEYSER-NO HOT WATER in Washroom, No soap, No Shampoo, Room is filled with MOSQUITOS. The room was not clean at all. Overall, my stay at this hotel was not pleasant. I would not recommend it.
