DON'T BOOK IT. This is a scam I booked this hotel from oyo when I reached the hotel at check-in the hotel staff denied me the room which I've booked instead I was given a very dirty room in which AC was not working, TV was not available, toilet was very dirty, bedsheet was stinky and full of stains. Even after repeated complaint my room was not changed and at night the hotel staff started to threatened me. I was so afraid I couldn't slept for whole night and I just locked myself in the room even after complaining to OYO customer care the manager of oyo customer service Prahalad didn't helped me at all and the hotel staff member was on conference call he again gave me threat on the call. It was a worst night I've ever had and alao by seeing the behaviour of oto customer service I'm never ever going to book a room from oyo they are not trustworthy at all.

Scam! One of the worst experience i have ever had in this hotel or to say "a place where they trick customers by there such a dramatic tactics", and they are using name of OYO for customers but charged as per there means. In a summerise way i tell you what actually happend with me, i have an exam nearby place i booked the hotel with pre payment, and after my booking they called me multiple times, but when i reached there they say we are not providing any rooms through oyo and we even called you, they denied all the calls , all the numbers and that guy who is sitting on that reception doesn't even know how to talk , only he knows that give us money money money.. I have no options left because in the next morning i have an exam so as they do what they do with others, same because they know we have to admit on what they wants because we need room, that why we here. Same thing they did with one like me who also have an exam. In all I am saying please, think before you go there anf at last one line i like to say to that receptionist "mantri ji ka naam leke kuch bhi mat karo " wrna kbhi aisa fasoge mantri ji bhi nahi bachaynge. There is many things to say, but from this you people must aware these all things you are going to face there.

Scam only.Customer service very poor. Pls don't go there. They called us multiple times before reaching the place. once we reached they told, rooms are already occupied.instead showed us an expensive room . We left there after arguing with the dumb guy at the reception. Very bad experience. Pls don't go there.

Don't Book! Never STAY at Royals Inn Ligarh near Nada Byepass. - No drinking water - No service - Unprofessional staff specially girl on front desk very very rude - Location is a big drawback. Have to walk around 1 km. - Stinky rooms and bathroom - Bedsheets with stains of different things. - Restaurant is very costlier than other restaurants in the locality The owner is super greedy. I booked through booking.com and he asked to cancel it and pay him directly. Mine was paid booking still he was adamant. Service is very bad. The front desk girl is of no help. She didn't even bothered about our concerns. When asked for late check-out he was straight away charging full price.

This doesn't deserve even a Single Star, It only deserve a word i.e " WORST " Food Quality - Worst Staff Behaviour - Purely Unethical Room Service - Slowest one I booked 7-8 rooms for my guest and all the time property's owner and staff are drunk & abusing each other. Such type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.
