Hotel Panchsheel, Ayodhya

Hotel was good and clean. Breakfast was superb. Refrigerator and TV in the room. Almirah didnot have locker. Before going there, we called up hotel landline several times but it remained unanswered. If one is going in your own car, lots of parking available. Upon asking the person at the reception about the charges of an auto to go to Ram Mandir, he said “we cannot say that cause then if they charge extra,you will accuse us”. Found this response somewhat rude. If you are in the hospitality industry and guests are staying in your hotel, is it too crazy a question? ||Also, while booking room, please specify which view you would prefer.we got a corridor facing room.so no sunlight, no view and no fresh air.

Must Visit if you are going Ayodhya or Faizabad. Good quality food (meal and snacks) is served in a hygienic environment by polite and professionally trained personnel. The landscape and garden outside the restaurant is beautiful and mind soothing. They also provide service to host family functions and events, including marriage.

Their rooms are spacious and maintained, very neat and clean, staff is very courteous. 5 star for thier food, it’s amazing. They have a separate Resturant too, must have a meal there. It’s on the main highway so a 5 star there too

I stayed at this hotel expecting a high level of service . However, I was very disappointed. The staff was not helpful, and their service was poor. One major issue was that they refused to provide a kettle to sterilize my child’s milk bottle, even though other rooms had kettles. This was very inconvenient and showed a lack of care for guests with children. I expected much better service. The hotel needs to improve its customer care and treat all guests equally. I would not recommend this hotel to families

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room and bathroom was very clean. Tasteful decor. Service staff was professional and very prompt with any needed help. We ate dinner at the restaurant. Good tasty food. Lots of choice. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here.

I visited this hotel with my family. Infront of the hotel there is restaurant. They maintained the cleanness & beauty of the hotel as well as restaurant. Apart from this they have separate section for weddings & other functions. The rate of the hotel as well as rate of their restaurant is quite as compare to the quality & quantity of the food & their service.

This hotel is situated on a national highway,where a lot of luxury buses find their stops. Food is nicely served here and staff is well behaved and trained. If you are looking for a nice stay then you can opt for this hotel.
