Hotel Neelkanth

We spent two nights and rented two rooms. Freshly prepared food was well prepared and delicious. The service staff, restaurant staff and reception people were super courteous and highly responsive. No complaints at all, only compliments. The rooms per se were comfortable and reasonably equipped but the bathrooms are poorly designed. There was no view worth opening the curtains. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Pllllzzzz I request you to not book this hotel at all 1. They have fungus in cettles 2. The bedsheets were dirty 3. The lizards were roaming in room 4. AC were not working 5. The manager was very rude if he rude with you then just refund all the money 6. There were spider webs in bathrooms 7. The manager was so Bad that hi staff troll him ( which is not bad ) 8 frequent cut offs of electrcity. 9. If you want to stay at this this is just a waste od momey

I recently visited the Nilkantha 3-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering a serene and convenient environment. The restaurant was fantastic, serving delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the comfort of our stay. Overall, it’s a great place for families, and I highly recommend it for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Neelkanth last month for a night. The hotel is pretty new and very well maintained. Though we had a initial few hiccups with a delayed check in and a room with some cleaning required(not their fault) it was attended to very quickly and without an ask! Customer service was top notch. From the person at the reception to the boy who delivered our food very all very very humble and service oriented. The rest of the industry can definitely learn a lesson or two from these guys. The rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel is located less than 10 mins from the airport and is very close to the temple as well. The offer free breakfast and the spread was amazing. The boy( 17 year old) who attended to us in the breakfast area was very friendly and nice. The food was refilled as and when. The food tasted amazing too. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayodhya. No matter what the issue you face, I can assure you, it will be attended to timely and in the best way they can.

Terrible Experience at Neelkanth Lawn – A Complete Disaster We booked Neelkanth Lawn for my sister’s wedding, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The management was utterly unprofessional, and their lack of responsibility ruined what was supposed to be a joyful occasion. 1. No Linen Provided: Shockingly, they failed to provide basic linen for mandap, something that should have been included in the package. We were forced to pay an outrageous extra amount at the last minute to arrange it ourselves. This was completely unacceptable and added unnecessary stress. 2. Disorganized Management: The staff had no idea about the event plan and were unresponsive to our concerns. Despite multiple reminders, nothing was done on time, if asked something they just giving excuse and got very rude. 3. False Promises: The facilities they advertised were nowhere close to what they actually delivered. It felt like they were cutting corners on everything. This was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Neelkanth Lawn failed us on every level. I wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone. Spare yourself the stress and choose a place that values its customers.

2 double rooms booked for 3rd week of February 2025 were allotted in the Annexe building, construction of which is incomplete. Rooms were not painted, no curtains, no shutters for cupboards, staircase not finished & opens to the footpath without any secure gate, open lavatory near the lift. Staff at restaurant lack basic knowledge of dealing with the guests.

Most hopelrss hotel. We seven senior citizens stayed for two nights on MAP basis. Lift didn't work for both days. Our rooms on third floor, resturant on fourth floor. Dinner provided was repetitive, potato and paneer subji on both days. Towels were on kept after room cleaning on second day. Not worth for what they charge.

We stayed in Hotel Neelakant palace in Ayodhya, building is new and rooms are pretty big, very good services and food is really good clean and tasty really enjoyed having lunch here…
