Ramayan Premium

I was travelling with my 70 year old mother. I had asked for a lift in advance as my mother can’t climb stairs and was assured of the same. Firstly it was impossible to locate the hotel as all the approach roads are dug up. Then someone escorted us to another hotel Ramayana inn saying your booking has been shifted to this hotel Which was in narrow lanes in interior. When I insisted that I will go where I hv booked the stay - they took me to a place which was very different from what I saw in the pictures. The hotel was on first floor. The ground floor was some school. There was no lift. When I confronted the person who took my reservation- he started yelling and fighting with me and refused to refund the advance I had paid. This property and Infact most of the properties in Ayodhya are fraud and not legit. They dupe customers and take money in the name of reserving the room and do not refund. It gets specially difficult as you mostly travel with old parents to Ayodhya and where will you go last minute. It was a disaster. We had to cut short our trip and spend on flights to return a day earlier than planned due to this cheating. Cab drivers also charge 2500 per day without clearly informing you. The reviews glorifying this hotel on most sites are fake/paid

Title: Beware of Ramayana Premium in Ayodha - Total Scam! I have traveled extensively, and I have never encountered a place as horrendous as the Ramayana Premium hotel in Ayodha. This establishment deserves a special place on the "do not visit" list. Let me tell you why you should steer clear of this nightmare. Before arriving, I made an unfortunate decision to book one night at this so-called "hotel." They insisted on a half-advanced payment of ₹5000. Despite the steep charge, I went ahead, trusting their promises. Upon arriving in Ayodha, I attempted to reach the hotel for directions. Imagine my horror when my calls went unanswered! Stranded and confused, I had no choice but to book another place last-minute, sinking into an even deeper financial abyss. To make matters worse, Ramayana Premium had the audacity to keep my money and ignore all further communication attempts. It's as if they vanished into thin air, along with my ₹5000. This establishment is nothing short of a scam. Save yourself the grief and avoid this pit of deceit. I am pursuing all possible routes to report them, hoping no one else gets caught in their fraudulent trap. Consider yourself warned!

They lied that its just 3-5 kms from city centre, but it just a lie it very far away and in the outer of Ayodhya , also the road to the hotel was in a bad shape .

Fake listings on every site. Please don’t make bookings. There’s no property in Ayodhya and they make people fool.

Room was very small with no window. As a result room was very cold. Bathroom was very small and not clean. Service was horrible and no value of their words.
