The Narayana Hotel

Title: Outstanding Stay and Service! I had an incredible stay at [the Narayanan ]. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with all the right amenities. The service was top-notch—staff were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the on-site dining was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel only for one night and still had a terrible experience. The buildings are maintained badly. They switched off the lifts as they pleased and senior citizens were forced to use the stairs. Rooms are also very bad, the bed, comforter and towels had stains and was stinking. The bathroom is extremely unhygienic and was not cleaned before the room was allotted to us. There was hair lying all around and insects are always there. It was a very unpleasant stay, please avoid.

Great hotel with great staff who are very professional, you can just about hear the road but nothing that would disturb your sleep. Good location via back road to get to the Ram Mandir, roughly 20 minutes away. Lovely breakfast included and the dinner was the best Tadka dal I've ever had! If you want to book, definitely book direct with the hotel as you save roughly 40%, as apose to using Expedia.

Rooms were large and clean. People at the reception were very helpful with details about temple darshan. Panditji's Tamil was helpful for our guidance. People shd help such non-chain hotels to help the entrepreneurs. The staff were courteous and quick. The breakfast served was in good variety and taste.

We stayed here for 3 days. Excellent hotel with reasonable price, service and food are amazing in taste and quality. The entire hotel staff act in best possible way to welcome thier guest and fullfill thier guest's requirements. Location is one the plus point of this hotel. It is easily accessible by own aur public transport. We enjoyed a lot there, definitely coming back to enjoy the hospitality.

Narayana Hotel was very friendly. Only 10 minutes out of the centre by taxi or Tuc tuc. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean with keen attention from Sunil Upadhyay the cleaning supervisor. Tv and WiFi worked well.

We were there from October 4 - 7, 2024. We feel that BHAGAVAN RAM himself chose this hotel for us. The principals Dubeyji and Shuklaji were always welcoming and the staff were exceptionally helpful in particular Akhilesh. The connection with Raghav Tour and Travels (Vivek who took us to Lucknow and Nandi Gram) made our stay most enjoyable. We would not stay anywhere else whenever we visit Ayodhya. Our ranking of this hotel is 10 out of 10
