Hotel O Hanuman Bagh

I Booked in November 2023, for 20th to 25th January 2024. They emailed me for 50% advance due the extremely busy period. Which I paid, All proofs available. Once in India I tried to contact them, after many attempts they answered and told me that the booking was not availble. Hence I had no choice but to cancel my travel to Ayodhya. They asked me to book again via Yatra.com. But since then they have not refunded the advance and ignored all communications.

It's not a hotel but a Dharamshala. Cleaniness is a big issue there. If one wants to stay there, then they need to carry their own bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets, etc. No food, no service at all is given here.

Simply only one sentence -Two fraud people running a good institution.I booked a room by Oyo site(spot on 42133 hanuman bagh).I felt too bad bcz 1_google location was wrong 2_behavior of Manager was too rude 3_they doesn't know about online booking and hospitality 4_lot of monkey inside the compound (we can't carry any packed things) 5_room allotting person as a gunda(one andhra family booked 5 rooms and transferred full amount on online but this man not ready to provide room,his explanation was we need cash at check in time,we can't believe Oyo.those people losses money and start search somewhere. 6_not food facility 7_vacate time same persons begging for donation Dear friends I am only disappointed with behavior but room,neatnes,bathroom size,outside view and location wise its awesome ( means quality of building structure and other things good ,quality of hospitality very poor). If anybody try to book room, please don't transfer amount please choose pay at hotel its my suggestion. Its a ashram you can't see hotel sign board anywhere.I have a suggestion or request to management Please try to improve and learn technical side of hospitality

Worst ever experience through #oyo. Would hv given even 0 star if I could It's not at all 1% of Oyo standard. #oyostandard can't be so intolerable. No power supply since 6.30 am No intercom, so unable to reach anyone. No room service, didn't provide a glass of water since last night. No basic hygiene, no hand wash soap in bathroom. List is very long to put here. A dharmshala could be a better Choice than this #hotelhanumanbagh

This is not a hotel, this is fake account they have made, I have booked it by mistake in rush and when I looked for this hotel this was not at that location, location is fake, given no is fake, hotel name is everything, they are fraud actually, dnt book anybody..mc bc basterds

its a hoax. There is no room. I was very helpless that night. It was 11 pm, and i had to search a different hotel and it was very difficult.

The place is very good and the location is also good the building is also good the building is also good the hotels are also good and all the facilities are very good here

Everything is good staff is good ambiance is nice,cleaniness positive surroundings.
