Worst ever stay of my life. Beds were full of cockraches. Charged for Ac room and given non ac room. I have video and pics as well. We asked for refund they said No and forced us to stay in hotel. Next day they asked us to checkout early as we paid to stay until a hour before of train vande bharat to kashi.

Worst hotel experience ever. Had to change room after AC problem also there is only one AC remote in the entire hotel. The bathrooms were unclean and smelt bad. Food order came after 2 hours and still they managed to miss some items. The management’s behaviour was poor as they know we had to stay in a hotel near ram mandir. Overall its not at all price worthy. Charging 3500 per night for such services is a crime

Worst Hotel ever! They are claiming AC rooms but AC are not working... Unhygienic and dirty bedsheet (asked them to change but they denied)no AC remotes are given even after asking. Very suffocated no ventilation at all. It's a like a nightmare to stay here!!

In one room, they keep only one towel for 2 people. They don't provide the towels. Beding is not that clean. No value for money. Room stinks. Somewhat unhygienic. You need to keep on requesting for general mentioned facilities like towel, heater on for bath, mosquito repelent, chilled bottles not available. Surroundings are pretty unclean. No parking. Tourist vehicles cannot reach till hotel. No restaurant in the hotel..only cash payment for water, tea, they refuse for UPI/card payment..overall very unsatisfied services.
