HOTEL AYODHYA Raguraj palace

Worst service , I had booked room on 17 jun 24 prior 15 days with advance payment. He charged me 1600 for 1 day for room with cooler. Bed sheet was stinking, cooler was not cooling at all. Bathroom were stinking. On enquiring the hotel owner, he said me to vacate the room. I had no other option but to continue. Whole night I could not sleep because there was no ventilation in the room. The cooler was giving hot air. I had to vacate the room next day early morning. Worst service ever at such religious place.
