Restaurant is quite good. Food is tasty and staff service is very good. Biggest plus is it is around 200 meters away from Ram temple.No idea about the rooms.

Hospitable, accommodating, responsive, and courteous in their dealing with customers. Apart from being located at a walkable distance from both Ram Mandir and Hanuman Garhi, what needs to be highlighted about them: - The hotel has a network of car and e-rickshaw services. Several cars remained parked in front of the hotel. Hence, you must inform the hotel manager 10 minutes before traveling, and a car or auto-rickshaw is available. It is necessary to mention that most travelers are accompanied by their parents, who are old, sick, and have problems walking. - Secondly, the manager is very helpful and courteous. I’ve witnessed him patiently attending to customer queries and their weird requests over the phone and attending to the guests at breakfast and dinner tables. He helped me negotiate car prices as my train to Delhi got canceled and rescheduled. - The rooms are spacious and follow modern interiors and lighting. (Refer to the pictures.) - The only minus point, as I find, is the restaurant service (which I assume is run by another person). Although the menu lists many food items, they have limited platters. They also have limited cuisines. Most are okayish and standard; nothing is significant or worth mentioning. Overall: 4/5 (except the food)

We stayed in December. Extremely dirty and unkept. Out room 101 on first floor had bed bugs. The common areas were very dirty and the road to reach is horrible with open drains. Not recommended.

Coming from South India, I was very sceptical about the cleanliness of the hotels, this place met my expectations of a nice stay. Really helpful and courteous staff, they have a restaurant as well which serves decent food. Walkable distance from Mandir. I will hands down suggest this place for a convenient stay.

hotel is in a narrow still to be paved back lane,but inside is good.Triple room very spacious,bedding comfortable adequate sitting space too. Hotel has lift. it is barely 300 m from entry of Ramjanmbhoomi and about 750 m from hanumangarhi,dashrath mahal,kanak mahal,sita ki rasoi. complimentary breakfast you are allowed to choose one item out of 2-3 and you can have that only. we had paranthas which were tasty. staff is OK there are good eating joints like udipi express, mumbai udipi etc within 500 m all in all comfortable stay for a day or two. there is parking available

I stayed for two nights with my senior citizen parents and The experience was pathetic. The room walls were dirty and has seepage and dampness. The common corridors were all the time dirty with dust and used laundry just like that lying. There were no hand towels and the bath towels were extremely dirty. The main manager and staff were extremely arrogant, unprofessional and impolite. Though I checked in at 10pm my room was not ready, to top it the manager stated to give me my money back and take my parents that late and search another property to stay. The room was with breakfast however i was told that one member can have only one item (one bread toast, one small plate poha, one aloo paratha). The bedsheet were stained and they did not do the cleaning properly (attaching photos - room mat has never been vacuumed and there was hell amount of dust which they did not bother to clean). The bathroom was so dirty , tiles were not cleaned and the drain had a hole in it from which cockroaches were coming. The hotel was impossible to find and the hotel staff was not helpful in locating the place. Being in hospitality industry they had no humbleness however were arrogant and disrespectful.

One of my finest stay..Very close to Shree Ram temple ( walkable distance).The behaviour of the staffs are so good and they are very polite. Cleanliness is on point.. Room service is so good..Room is very spacious , neat and clean.. Hope for staying there again for my next visit to Ayodhya..

I would not even give 1 star but that’s the limitation. Firstly points to highlight: 1) before booking when i asked manager said breakfast is there ! The breakfast when i called to eat they said we have only limited breakfast so one person can have only one limited item and that too of poor quality and unhygienic Secondly , no fruits no kellogs no chocos no salad ! Tea and coffee also anyone per person that too of worst taste. Initially I called to the hotel and asked -“ will i get heater “ , they said “yes” and then after check-in they denied saying its chargeable at 300 rs per night. Basic Room cleaning is done without cleaning the tiles of the washroom , the big mat in the room is never vaccumed and is full of dust ! The room is wiped with dripping water that guests can fall anytime I took a checkin at 10 pm at night and the room given was smelling of faul smell and dapness. When asked to change the room they said please take the money and take your senior citizen parents in the middle of the night with a rude tone. Disrespectful staff , the main manager behaves as if he owns ayodhya. Hospitality industry they have no idea ! They have just started a hotel without any knowledge of this industry ! Despite having no knowledge there is no one thread of humbleness amongts the manager and the entire staff There are no hand towels and no bathroom slippers for a hotel which charges like 3 star. Other than this: - broken tiles in washroom and full fungus - ⁠unwashed towels - ⁠no hand towels - ⁠no heater - ⁠rude manager and staff - ⁠worst breakfast and zero quality. - ⁠no mannerism I would recommend people to stay in home stay but not in such hotels. They are such shame in the name of hotels.
