The service at this hotel is extremely disappointing. The room's air conditioning barely functions, and the prices are outrageously high. The only decent aspect is the infrastructure; everything else is a disaster. The restaurant serves street food but charges high-end restaurant prices. The staff is rude, and there's a serious lack of hygiene and cleanliness. It's all just a façade. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone; it should be shut down.

This hotel is a major disappointment. The air conditioning in the rooms barely works, and the prices are far too high. Though the building looks good, everything else is awful. The restaurant serves low-quality street food but charges expensive restaurant prices. The staff is rude, and the entire place is dirty and unhygienic. Many amenities are either broken or not available. The impressive exterior is just a cover for its many problems. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone; it should be shut down.

Only Ankush behavior is very good but the others staff and one of the owner behavior are very rude and disrespectful.The overall attitude of the staff is very unacceptable.There not customer center behavior."Ahangkar se varpur"(Ghamandi)

Price of rooms were too high as per the standards of room. They didn't provide a mirror at least in the room despite many requests by us. Owner behavior was very rude. There was only one bulb serviceable in that room due to which there was darkness type in the room . Toilet wash basin was not properly cleaned.

Spacious rooms. Good light arrangement. A lot of people sleeping in open area inside the hotel is an inconvenience
