I reached property and found that property owner had already sold out my rooms to someone else. And started misbehaving with us. And, saying that other people are paying more amount than I booked room at so she sold it to them. She refused to provide us room and started blaming us for not paying amount in advance. This was very un acceptable. I had never expected this type of service through agoda linked hotel. After confirming request how can she do that.

This property is the worst property ever seen. First time I felt scammed by the booking dot com. Very small room with Open WC.... without any ceiling within the bedroom. No TV No Wi-Fi No towels No dustbin No washbasin mirror (very basic requirement) Mattresses are decade old with a lot of stains. Bed linens are in the worst state. AC is available but switched off remotely by the owner at midnight. AC remote not given to us. One has to crawl over the bed to enter the bathroom. Watch the video. Very compact room with no space to enter the bathroom. And the funny thing is they charged the room rent with GST and no receipt was given even after repeated requests. A clear cut tax evasion. Better to avoid this property completely. I would have rated ZERO, if option is there.
