The Govind palace

Stayed with my family for a night during mahakumbh. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's walkable from Ayodhya Jn. station and Shri Ram temple. I booked directly with the hotel. No online option was available then. Good customer service, communicated over whataspp, and clarified all my queries before my travel. The rooms are basic. The room looked like a box without any window. Matttess had a foul smell. AC was working well. The bathroom had a geyser with hot water. Seems like new property. Our bathroom room door got jammed and was not opening, and it took the technician 30 mins to fix it. I asked for a replacement room, but none was available. 3k for a night without food seems a bit expensive for the accommodation.

According to location it's a 5 star, 4 star for amenities, safety, security, hospitality, they have warm water, TV with wifi, kettle, coffee and 2 bottle water, cleanliness is top notch, bath towels, tissue roll the staff kind and helpful. It's quite pricy, we stayed here for 1 night 3800/- which could have been till 3k. Rest all was good

Excellent location.staff is cooprative.room is good and clean.but they charge for water bottle.no ૧rs. shampoo Pouch at front desk.all towels and sheet are having stain.
