We had a very good experience staying . The staff were very polite and kind. Housekeeping service was excellent.Saurabh guided us well. Food was working at the restaurant were very friendly and followed up with us a lot. Coming from the US we were so happy.

The best and fast service. The environment is cool and vibrant with mouth watering dishes. Saurabh sir is the one who served us and his active service has made the meal more worth it. It was a pleasant and peaceful experience for family outing and could be even considered best for friendly outing.

The hotel was good and the staff was also good but the hotel is 3-4 km far from Ram Temple and other temples...Every time you need to book auto and auto take approx 150-200 for one side to reach any temple. My Suggestion is that book a hotel mid of the city or nearby temple and market. Hotel nearby location is not good. After 7-8 PM you cant roam around the hotel because the hotel is in a village area.

they hire child labor for cleaning the rooms and for arranging taxies. it is ok the middle of nowhere. the location is unfindable, and the Google maps location point is inaccurate. the help desk is rude and unhelpful. no lifts and you have to carry the heavy luggage couple of floors. the room has a lot of bugs and mosquitoes. the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the loudspeakers from the outside throughout the night. not sure why they're so expensive. wondering if they're SEO ing their reviews.

Had a pleasant stay at hotel kanak kuteer Ayodhya. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and efficient especially towards senior citizens (making the property accessible to them and then taking care of their requirements) The restaurant complements (at Room service) the hospitality team well… special mention of the boy who manages the Tea stall in the restaurant ( couldn’t get his name but the Tea was super!) Also I felt maybe more staff could be employed so the existing team doesn’t get short staffed while managing the property (though they did very well despite being short staffed).

Hotel kanak kuteer is placed near the ram mandir temple. It's room was very clean and hygienic food are very tasty and all other services was too good. This hotel location just some distance from Ram path road and panchkosi parikrama marg (Four Lane Highway). And best of all that transport facilities available 24 hr.

House keeping was excellent. Staff's were very very and help and courteous. Food at room service was amazing serving staff and cooks made our experience extremely enjoyable. all provided best of customer experience . Everyone of you did best job to leep your customer stay memorable. At reception, we love you for making our stay with our parents so memorable and comfortable . We may have missed few names all of the Hotel Kanak Kuteer contributed to their to make our stay memorable. Love you all and best of luck thank you!!!
