The Nirmala palace

We stayed for three days. The room was spacious and very good. Sheets and towels provided were clean . Room service was good. Responsive front desk managed well . The staff were polite and well behaved and knowledgeable. Very helpful with our visits to places of interest. Wish them good luck

DO NOT STAY HERE. The worst place to stay. This place deserves 0 stars though there wasn’t an option to select. This isn’t a hotel but a home stay. The hotel cancelled the booking after I arrived for check in while it was booked 2 months back with full payment. Pathetic service. Staff is clueless. Location is bad. Charges are extremely high for this kind of property. It’s a 1500 Rs property and they are charging 4K +

If there is option to give them negative rating I would be happy. Such a pathetic service. We have booked this property with food inclusive still they charged us extra. There washroom are stinking.Rooms are also in bad condition. They are charging like 3 star and actually the room condition are like we should not give them more then 500 to such a room.

Rooms have bad smell, poor ventilation, bed are old and bathroom is dirty. Hotel management is hopeless. I booked a 3-bed room with advance payment. On reaching hotel, they denied the room.

Do not stay at this pls e ever. I had the worst experience. They cancelled my booing when I arrived for check in. Property was booked 2 months in advance with full payment but hotel still cancelled it with no intimation. This is not a hotel, it’s a home stay. Staff is clueless and uncourteous. This place is worth 1500 and charges 4K +.

Worst experience, booked from 11th 13th Oct’24. All the negative review about the hotel is correct. Owner don’t know how to talk to their customer. He was comparing his hotel with five star but he don’t know his hotel is actually scored negative as per our stay. Avoid staying in this hotel

Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. Guys don’t book this hotel, rooms are extreamly dirty. Gyser was off and when we asked why he gave us that room then he replied with Service not done for that Gyser. Please don’t book this hotel .

Avoid this hotel. Rooms are cramped, dirty, and poorly ventilated. Bathrooms are in poor condition, with no locks. Management is arrogant and unprofessional. Not recommended.
