Clean...but no accessories provided. Problem with fiber. No water provided. I filled the water myself, adjusted the water gallon myself. Extremely bad service. The only good thing are the cleanliness of the rooms.

rooms were clean, but services were missing, there was a tv which did not work, there were lizards in the room, we booked a big room but on reaching there it was already given to someone else, so avoid this one if possible

Location: Good, in between Ram temple and saryu river. Near main road from where you can get autos easily. Room: Room was closed with small windows. AC was available. However, no power back-up to run AC. Fan and light works if no power. Cleanliness: Rooms and toilets were clean. Service: It is a guest house, so no services are available. They should include at least a water dispenser. Water bottles are sold separately. Cost: ₹3000 for a room with 2 double beds.

Booked this place through Agoda and received the confirmation mail as well. When we reached at 1:00am with my family, he said no rooms available as he has given it to someone else as they paid him more money. Owner has no business ethics nor courtesy, money minded person. We had to stay on roads for the entire night as we could not get another hotel. Don't trust this place, Worst experience.

Premshi Guest House, Ayodhya I stayed at Premshi Guest House during my visit to Ayodhya and had a disappointing experience overall. Here are the main issues I faced: Cleanliness: The rooms and washrooms were not properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable. Amenities: Basic amenities like proper bedding and functional air conditioning were either inadequate or missing. Staff Behavior: Some staff members were unresponsive and lacked professionalism in addressing guest concerns. Maintenance: The property seemed poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and untidy surroundings. This guest house needs significant improvement in cleanliness, service, and upkeep to offer a better experience for its visitors.
