Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at Hotel Shyama Grand Regency on 25th June, and it was an absolute nightmare. The property had no water supply and no electricity during my stay, making it completely uninhabitable. Basic amenities were non-existent, and the management made no effort to resolve the issues. What made things worse was the rude and aggressive behavior of the owner, who spoke in a threatening manner and showed zero professionalism. His attitude was not just unhelpful—it was intimidating, almost criminal in tone. This place is completely mismanaged, unhygienic, and unsafe. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. It’s not worth your money, time, or peace of mind.

Not a good place to stay. The service is not good at all. We don't even get coffee/tea at early morning even around 7-8 AM. The location is also not proper as it is shown in the Google maps. It is on a parallel road, which is a bit narrow and dirty. There are no proper curtains to close the windows as well. There was also some noise while we stayed as there was some work going on due to which we couldn't sleep properly.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience had a terrible experience at this property. Despite paying all charges in advance, I faced multiple issues: There was no internet in any of the rooms. Water supply was not available, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The washrooms were dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. Most shockingly, I had booked three rooms, but only one room was allotted to us. When I raised the issue with the reception, they had no explanation and simply said all rooms were booked. This level of mismanagement and dishonesty is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The location on Google map is wrong, it is actually in meerapur road (approx. 150 meters away on a parallel narrow road). The hotel is under construction / newly built so rooms and beds are in good condition. Overall a good experience staying here on 06th June 2025. I stayed in room 105.

Very bad experience with this hotel. We had booked the room with early check-in and same-day checkout, and even paid an advance amount. However, when we arrived in the morning, the front desk staff refused to provide us a room. Despite several attempts, the Manager, Mr. Ranjan, did not answer our calls. We were left standing for over an hour with no proper response or support from the hotel staff. This level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement is unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to trust Mr. Ranjan or his team. This hotel does not honor confirmed bookings and lacks basic customer service.

We booked 2 AC rooms on 1st Floor and after a short while, we went away for Ramlala Mandir darshan. At that time, we just used only one room. When, we reached hotel at approximately 9 PM, we find that other room's AC was not working. There was no responsible person was available in hotel. After making calls on phone for more than 4-5 times, the phone was getting not answered. During, 2nd call, we requested to provide us 1 more mattress on floor so that, we all the four persons may get accomodated in 1st room. Instead of solving our problem, the person stopped responding.. Approximately 1 hour passed and problem was as it is. Lastly, we called police helpline on 100. Police came within 4-5 minutes. The leased owner and manager refused to return the money for that room and asked to pay 700/- extra for additional mattress in 1st room. The original rooms were got booked for 3390/- @ 1695/- per room. After a long efforts of petroling police and Local thana police incharge and spending one hour, he returned Rs. 1000/-. Is the AC not working, fault of customer?. There was no arrangement of tea or food or any room service.
