Hotel O Balaji Palace

Terrible experience, worst experience I have ever seen. Staff was unorganised, were not able to grab my information to checkin. The room was stinking because of mold. AC was not giving a proper cooling. The blanket was stinky 😷which I have never used. Washroom had broken flush, I have to use bucket filled with water to drain my shit, shower was leaking, never used TV because I knew it wont work. The location was deep inside from the main road, hard to find. Overall, the experience was worst you could find a better place then this with amount of money.

Worst Hotel In My life Where I Go For staying Staff Has very Rude And Argumentative Instead Of Room cleaning Blanket and Bathroom Cleaning When I can say to clean It up.. Room cleaning are also very dirty And Unhygienic And most Important thing Rooms Interior Are also Very Bad..

Worst hotel ever visited. Staff member has no manners when it comes to visit in hotel one of staff sing irritating after seeing couples. BC behenchod sala. Must recommended don’t visit this hotel. There is mouse in rooms No cleanliness. In reception there is always seat 4-5group of boys and starring couples like uncomfortable.

Worst hotel in the world . Please don’t stay here . Beds are filled with bed bugs and bugs everywhere in the room. All trash left outside on corridors and not even cleaned. Pictures shown online and ground reality is not same here in the hotel. Please don’t stay in the hotel.

Pathetic, The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this Hotel through OYO and I regret my decision for doing so. The rooms had a bad smell , the Toilets were not well kept and the commodes were broken.No proper drainage for wash basins as well. The list goes on. The sheets were not properly washed. They had no arrangement for the driver to stay and even upon requesting the Owner was non accommodating and arrogant. Instead of being polite ,he was blaming for not checking the room size (I am not sure who checks it) and all the s**t. And when I asked that what Will be served for breakfast, the answer was Tea and Biscuits (I mean seriously ), this is what constitutes as Breakfast included as per them. That was the last straw , we immediately checked out of the hotel and went to a different one. The owner was still unapologetic .

By booking online it costs 1500 per room . But my family have been their and the place was worth only 500. Photos are only to fool you the place does looks good from the outside but from inside place was soo dirty room was also very dirty . Whole place was smelling like rotten garlic because they have kept rotten garlic in the sight of us . Their sheets also had a very bad smell. On site it said breakfast was a complementary but there was no preparation of food and when asked the owner offered us that we can have either Maggie or aaloo Paratha but the kitchen was in our sight and it smelled completely like rotten garlic so we said noto any breakfast. 1500 for a room and the place was way too dirty they didn't even offered us breakfast but we had to ask for it and at last they didn't gave us even a cup of tea and they also didn't gave us water to drink which I think should be given at least for 1500 for such a dirty and small place and we had to purchase water. No TV connection and ac and fan kept making noise for the whole night. This was a very bad place to stay for a night but GOIBIBO fooled us with those photos and charged us 1500 for a room and owner said when booked by walk in it costs 900 but I'm telling you no-one will be willing to give more than 500 for such a place

Avoid this hotel. They switch off geysers from the main switch during harsh winters. Beds sheets are not clean. Location is in the outskirts.

Pathetic experience - Room is dirty and insects are roaming around. - suffocating room, no ventilation. - bathrooms are so messy drainage is blocked and basin is just on top on toilet. - commode is dirty. - you can not take bath properly since drains are blocked and basin drain outlet is open. All together waste of money and an big black spot on OYO. You trust OYO since it is a brand and that's why we choose OYO to book hotels assuming a quality should be maintained. But with this balaji palace you will be highly disappointed.
