I was stayed sgl ,but my families stayed with me for only 2hrs they charge me Rs2000/-and given me very small room, On arrival time reception man Mr manoj yadav behaviour was not good ,they ask me cash,on that time I don't have cash so they tolde pls send it on my personal number,on that time I was with my family and travel a long journey,and very hot weather also, so we are taken room ,all dirty kushan /bedsheets,

Worst Hotel, very bad experience, this hotel bathroom has so dirty water that you can't even touch..pls check out pics how dirty the water was. They do not have geaser facility, if looking for hot water to take bath, you are disappointed. Staff is very rude , they talk rudely.its a big no..never ever visit this hotel... pathetic experience..I have to checkout even before my actual checkout.

Totally Unprofessional staff. They keep roaming outside the rooms shouting and playing, and sometimes knocking on the room doors unnecessarily. They don't even provide drinking water. Water in the washroom is so dirty.

Everything was fine except for the washrooms. They were too dirty. And I don't know what was wrong with the water there, it was yellow.

Very bad experience. I suggest personally don't use this hotel. He dealing with very nicely on check in time but when going to check out they are adding many unnecessary charge in bill and talking very rudely. AC totally not working. Hotel staff are unmannered and Misbehaving with family. They are very cheater. So once suggest don't book this hotel in Ballia. Akhir ye Ballia wale h apne harkat dikha hi dete h.

Very pathetic condition in the rooms. Flush is not working. Warm water is not available for bath. Manager said that it will come in morning but not come. Potty leaking out from sheat to entire bathroom. So before check in please check all these things
