Good hotel with good price, food and rooms. Rooms had some issues but staff is supportive. Location is good. Food is very nice.

Very bad experience of staying in this hotel. Room was not well maintained. Used towel, used linen, kettle without board, no hangers, dirty bathroom and even water from taps weren't coming properly. I stayed for two days. I always stayed at Ballian's, it is a wonderful hotel. I will not suggest this hotel at all to any decent person coming for business meeting.

Hotel is good but the service is equally poor. Doesn't have sufficient parking space. Booked a double bed room for three people via net. Had to adjust in a room with two single beds and had to pay for an extra bed. Manager was not available to complain for the service and attitude of the staff at the hotel resturant. Was not very enjoyable stay, shall I say.

It is a confused hotel. Built in a modern style the service levels are patchy. Food is ok. Masala chai served in the restaurant is exceptional. We paid Rs. 2640 for a double room (no windows no external light) for a single night without breakfast. No fire exits (stairs yes), no water sprinklers. The beds are too soft. What works is a great location, close proximity to the Ballia rail station without the rail hotel feel. Also the front office let us keep our bags for hours after we had checked out. Expensive I would say.

Very Bad experience today by your GM Mr Gopal ji who is showing rude and unprofessional behavior . He is unable to understanding the customers need and also behaving as non professional attitude .

Located at very close to railway station, as well as very easy to reach.. Amenities inside room are under expectations and found in hygienic state, but it's little bit noisy & congested space.. They have to improve a lot in fooding and all, including service staff too..
