Do not get confuse with Hotel R&G Inn. It same hotel. Worst experience. Staff and manager did not cooperate. The experience with food is worst quality. Do not prefer in any situation.

Washroom not clean room not clean, smells comming from hole room , service also very 😞

Not much satisfied with the hotel. Active service is good but room quality isn't. A fridge is in the room but it won't be working and don't dare to open it because there would fungi and worms in it. Tea pot and sugar packets are there but they don't work and all the products are expired. In summer season don't take room no. 401. Though it has AC but it will make you feel like you are in a burning oven. Even at night you feel hot as hell. Instead you can go for room no. 402. It is better.

I just tried their kaju katli & drink a soda . Overall i didn't get in the room but according to other local nearby person rooms are also good ! The best thing is that it is only 50 to 60 steps above from ballia city railway station. So traveller will not have to think about where they have to stay . Thats it .

I tried chicken biriyani and taste is awesome than others. I like their biriyani but if you are taking about other items i don't recommend this restaurant and yes, it's little expensive than others.

Nice place. Good quality food and service but one thing is disappointed me that most of the cuisines in menu is not available . You have to ask each time what they have .so prepare you mind before placing order . Hoskata hai aapko sun ne ko miley sir ye wala item nahi milega aap ismey se order kariye.
