Today I stayed in Room no 212, Very bad service here, no cutlery available in the hotel.

I'm very disappointed with this property. I booked a room via OYO Classic room but at the time of check-in they gave me single saver room and give me a excuse all the rooms are occupied. Room was very small there was bed and table with two chairs that's it. Bedsheet and blanket linen was so dirty, too many power cuts and the funny thing is was they denied to provide me a AC remote. The reception man is so rude. Very disappointed with this property.

Just one word - TERRIBLE The washroom is like one hell forest and full of mosquitoes. And the room size is just like someone’s balcony. And if you are going to stay with your partner then this hotel just doesn’t assure your any safety. They have list of amenities mentioned on various portals but let me tell you, non is provided except the room key. Tv connection with recharge, AC without remote, no water or hot water service and many more. I guess MMT should better think removing them from portal if really want to main it their standard.

Worst experience with this hotel and OYO. It was extremely unhygienic and dirty and I couldn't stay more than 30 minutes in the hotel and moved to another hotel. Oyo's customer care is even worse, they do not even know what does customer care means. I would recommend not to stay at this hotel at all or any of the OYO's property as their quality has gone worse from bad.
