Hotel D'Grand

In my two night stay, they changed my room 3 times. For their service I'm giving them 1 extra star. Otherwise I would give them only 1 star. it's not 3 star hotel, it's actually 2 star hotel. what went bad for my stay : 👉👇 1) So many insects and mosquito in entire room and on my bed which were unstoppable. For that only reason they changed my room 3 times. 2) I enrolled brakfast and one time Lunch/Dinner along withy booking. For some reason I couldn't have dinner on my first day that's why I asked them lunch for next day and they clearly declined for that. To be in noticed, I paid extra for Luch/Dinner. 3) They have electric Water Bottle for boiling water and for making tea but haven't given the tea bags and all. 4) Blanket was not cleaned and torned. 5) The Geyser was not in working. i asked them for geyser they said that we have central Geyser which work in early morning from 6-8 AM. so next day I woke up at 7 AM and went to bathroom and still geyser wasn't working again. Overlall, because of all these reason, it was my first and last stay in that hotel.

Kindly be extremely careful of this hotel. They take advance booking amounts and just few days before the trip they will say the rooms are not available and ask you to take lesser no of rooms or book in some nearby lower grade hotel. Apart from the apathy caused due to this, this fraudulent hotel does not even refund the advance amounts after this. Completely a cheat hotel.

Untrained staff, Nin systematic, Un safe hotel. How authorities have allowed such a design. It has Zero safety to exit in emergency.

Never book this hotel in future.Very Worst experience with this hotel… No hot water available in bathroom, no complimentary water in room when you will use other 20 Rs water bottel, they will charge 32 Rs. Quality of Breakfast also poor, you have to wait for breakfast as coming coming. Check in 23.04.2024 Check out 25.04.2024.

Mixed experiences. The staff, especially Mr. Toovendra, went above and beyond to help. The rooms were not very clean, and the ACs were not performing well. Still, kudos to the team.

Please avoid this hotel if possible as the staff working here are fraud specially the manager with name govind gangwar. During my last stay when I booked online they asked to visit directly or book by phone But they hardly answer on call so visited online at 11 pm at the same time checked online at goibibo price for the room so called deluxe one where I find the price 1584/- tax paid including breakfast and what I come to know that room is not available and they remove the room from the web in few seconds only and tried to shift me to maximum capping room which is so over priced for the sevice and room quality the hotel is having. So if you are considering for family this hotel is something you should avoid else have to suffer with family as they will try to steal you by shifting it to higher room capping one.

The hotel is situated on railway road . There is no space for parking infront of the hotel. They park the cars on the street beside the hotel . The room service is very very poor. A cup of tea can take anywhere from 30-60 mins. Even bottled water took more than 30 mins to come that too after repeated reminders . The condition of the rooms is very poor. There is no dustbin. There is no dusting in the room . The phone and switches are having so much dust as seen in the attached pic. The lift is local and looks very unsafe. Also takes a lot of time to arrive. The windows in the room are jammed and do not open . I think I don’t need to say anything more in praise of this place.
