Worst experience at this property. Room is without towel and basic amenities. They don’t provide bucket for bath also and no shower at bathroom. The blankets provided them were stinky and I have to buy the blanket to stay at that property. There are lot of mosquitoes at the windows are not properly closed and unable to close. There is a parking issue. The manager Mr. Himanshu Arora is a man without word. If you don’t pay hotel directly or your booking is comparatively less from hotel property expectations they will not provide customer a room. He clearly says that he is here for profit and for customer .

My one of the worst experience, they not provided me single towel, sleeper. OYO commited for AC on his website but hotel manager deny for AC and other facilities. Fan speed slow in room no. 102 and they not provided me cold water for drinking.

I was the first customer for the stay. The work was recently being completed. Im disappointed from this property. I visit every month. After the second booking for this property through Goibibo the manager of property Mr.Himanshu Arora have started making excuses in providing room as I have found the less price for this property at Goibibo. First booking was via OYO . Now since I paid 1500/- for the third booking for 4 nights he didn’t allow me check-in, reason I asked him firstly he started making excuses then talking to him he made himself clear that he is here to make money not provide a customer a satisfaction. That was enough for me know what kind of person he is. Last booking was with bedsheet. There is bad stinky blanket provided by them. No room service. Parking issue there . Manger told told me he charges 200/- per car but he has not charged me.

NEVER EVER BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. Booking was made on OYO. I had booked it for someone. First he was not allowed entry and had to wait for 30 mins in the cold. I somehow managed to connect with the manager. He first told me that he is letting the person in. Then asked me about the amount I have paid for the room. The moment I told him the amount, he started giving lame excuses that room was not available at that price. I raised a complaint to OYO but he didn't even pick his call. The person for whom I had booked the room had to wait for 2 hours in the cold just because of this fraud manager. A room that was available on OYO got booked as soon as the amount paid for it was disclosed. PATHETIC!

Very expensive[online price is fake] in comparison to the others. Rooms are stinky, with no water facilities, and the bedsheets are dirty. The manager, Himanshu lorara, is stupid. They demand double price.

Good for staying. All the staff are supportive. Manager behaviour is especially awesome. I love to stay again.
