Hotel Galaxy Inn

Not comfortable for family and waste of money and time too due to there are so many mosquitos inside the room and too much dust and dirt in the rooms. I'm not happy and I don't want to refer to anyone.

First of all washroom was seriously very dirty.. It was very smelly, water dripping from flush tank, toilet seat was very uncomfortable to sit on.. Was set as if people will get stuck to the side wall.. Room was not very fresh.. Toilet smell was in the room and Bedsheet were having stains.. There were lot of mosquito in the room. Fan was quite slow despite of running on full speed.. Opened drinking bottle was served for drinking.. They need to renovate it..

Cunning nature and non cooperative staff. Handover to next shift recepcinest not proper. On call non AC room was available but after visiting here AC room was provided. After booked AC room, AC was switched off. Further, don't ask hotel staff for food. Cheap food is provided on high amount.

Worst place I've ever visited. Worst service. After booking from goibibo. I had to wait at the reception around 40 minutes. Though I already informed at the reception that I booked a room in your hotel 20 minutes before reaching the hotel. When I reached and receptionist issued me room. The room was unhygienic. Railway retiring room are much better than this room. Room was smelly. Room was not well cleaned. Very small room. Small bathroom. Almirah was dirty and smelly. Old news paper and stuff was in almirah. Washroom's mirror was broken and corrosion was on it. Since I checked in to the room, more than 6 times I was disturbed by the staff. Meal or drink came from another restaurant. That person came at 11pm and asked me forcefully to have tea/coffee and bringed it after 30 minutes. Blanket was not provided. Reason staff gave me that all blankets are in laundry. So they provided me very thin bedsheet. Towel was smelly. Overall worst experience. I won't suggest anyone to stay here. Specially family. Not safe.

Best hotel in this area at this price. 3 star is given for Rooms because washroom has very little space. Hotel is 500 m away from junction , One can take just walk. Best hotel for student and one night stay.

I stayed in Ac Delux room with family , bed and almirah were clean, the bathroom was regularly cleaned. Place is near the railway station and is cheap and best, w.r.t to the tarrif
