Location is good near railway station. Walking distance. Rooms are neat and clean . Staff behaviour is very good. Very friendly staff . Laundry service also available. Wonderful experience.

Hotel was neat and clean. But oyo team made false commitment. At time of booking they assured that complimentary dinner will be provided but when I checked in, I was informed that no such intimation has been given to the hotel. When I approached their help desk, they showed their inability in rectification of same. They can't deny because I have evidence of same. Oyo team plz be professional. I am going to file suit against them in court of law.

Quality of food was very bad, image of food was shared with hotel staff, also size of room was very small, prior to stay in bareilly, I stayed in hotel deep in govindpuri kanpur at same price, food was very good and room was much better than grand. Not recommend anyone.

The rooms are good. Hotel is clean and hygienic. Generous and courteous staff. Very good breakfast and variety. The hotel has maintained a standard and the pricing is reasonable.

WOW hotel, Very hard to find good hotel like D grand in bareily, Very impressive experience with humble staffs, Food was so nice.

Found a piece of coal in poha, broken washroom and toilet seat. Hotel staff is quite cooperative. Location is good.
