Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—from a cozy bed and strong Wi-Fi to thoughtful little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The housekeeping team kept everything immaculate throughout my stay. One of the standout features is good-tasting food at a good price. It truly added a luxurious touch to the whole experience. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—close to the old bus stand in Bareilly, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. Overall, this was a five-star experience in every sense. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service.

First you pay for ac and you find there is ac but not electricity Privacy what privacy they will enter like they are ghost Food is good for food I am giving 1 star or they are not worth of 1 star

Nice place to stay. Good hospitality. Staff is well mannered. Food quality is not up to the mark. Some time it depends on the mood of the cook. If mood is good food quality is of no match but if he is upset your stomach will be upset next day. Services are decreasing day by day.

I think it's okay type hotel if you have low budget. You can book between 400-1200 rupees according to your pocket. In lower tarriff you'll get room with partition between your room and your neighbors' room with no attached bathroom. Staff is good and catering also.

Good interior. but service is not that great. water problem, light problem. no hot water direct to your bathroom. you need to ask for water then they will give you 1 bucket of water. staff was very unprofessional. location of the hotel is good.

Very very poor.they charged 1500-2000/day when you checked out they charged unnecessary even if you didn't used their products.My train was at 6.24and I checked out at 5.30 .I don't have enough time otherwise i will take strict action.they opened main gate by taking extra money otherwise they will not opened the gate
