Flagship Hotel Mangalam Inn

Got the dirty linen changed. Towel was also changed as the room was made without changing the linen and towel. Breakfast quality could have been better. Rooms are OK. Dinner ordered from restaurant (not owner's) was good. Keep cash handy as you may need it while making payments.

Very bad experience. Had to stay there for 24 hrs with my family. No housekeeping personnel available, nobody available to help you. Staff is a guy who sits at reception. Food is exorbitant and over that 15% room service charges and that also you pay cash, at once. They wont even wait till the guest checks out and clears the bill. Sorry, wont recommend.

Rooms are OK OK. At the time of booking it was shown that heater is available but it was not. No proper response from either the hotel manager nor OYO was given. Basic amenities like bathroom sleeper was missing at hotel.

I request to everyone don't book this hotel online and because room very bad condition and and no kitchen service .. staff is very roude no manners for behiveor and no trade staff.. Requested to each person book avadh hotel near by 1 Km distance...very good hotel

Great property in the heart of Barelly, specially well managed staff and Intraction was really superbbbbbb, atmosphere is quite friendly I accommodate here for a night, sure a short stay but a pleasant one. Good room service, clean and spacy rooms and the heater of working very well.

Reception counter person is so rude. We we booked by oyo but receptionist cancelled because he was not satisfied with our I'd.card.first time in my I felt disappointed. If are u going to stay there please bring your marriage certificate. I had bad feeling about bareilly, but it was changed when I stayed at Gala galaxy. Thanks for their staff they allowed me to do order on swiggy bcoz that day was my daughter's 4 the birthday.

Descent hotel to stay for 1-2 days (business or family) trip. The location of the hotel is amazing with a variety of restaurants and eateries around. It is situated near the market area. 6 Km away from the Bareilly Junction and 2 Km away from the Izzat Nagar Railway Station. Near Fun City Amusement Park. Easy connectivity to all the major places in the city
