Room service not good bad experience

Rooms are good but they charge extra even if you make their bedsheet dusty. First visit was good but during my second stay the room service guy stopped me on my way and asked Rs 800, I talked to the manager and he was also supporting him for the same. In the end, he dropped the charges to Rs 200.

Best advice is dont book hotel through OYO, goibibo ,etc. Just go to the hotel directly and book your room, the manager is so well mannered and friendly. Make sure you directly talk through Manger not any servent if possible call the manger the servent will provide you his number. Good location and nice service. Couple friendly, local ids accepted. Enjoy ur room with this hotel 😉!

Rooms and toilets are spacious. Toilets, though, need to be thoroughly cleaned and fixtures changed. TV does not work. The door lock needs manhandling. Staff is helpful. The rooms are on the 3rd floor. There is a lift. And Bareilly has a big mosquito nuisance.

Worst Hotel ever i stayed. No breakfast. Ac was being on and off automatically. Light was going again and again. TV was not working. Calls were not received. they took very extra charges. They asked for more money. Very very very bad experience

Talking about the room, it's totally worth the money infact more than that. However, the overall look of the hotel is below average. Reception is located on 3rd floor and the lift was not working. The dinner served was very average and had just one variety. A little disappointed but all of this is compensated for in terms of low staying cost and good room-hygeine.

Very Is Very Staff also very RUDE ONLY ROOMS R AVERAGE AND LOCATION Local people with their GF only use this property mostly for 1-2Hr Not good for outstation people Also not for business person No Tv No wifi No clean towel or toiletries.
